Abstract: 

سازمان بین المللی استاندارد از زمان تاسیس خود در سال 1942، استانداردهای بین المللی متعددی را با همکار ی متخصصان و کارشناسان برجسته جهان و همچنین کارشناسان موسسه های استاندارد کشورهای عضو این سازمان، تدوین و منتشر نموده است. هر کدام از استانداردهای انتشار یافته حیطه خاصی از عملیات و فعالیتها را پوشش داده و بر روی آن متمرکز می شود. مانند استانداردهای سیستم کیفیت، ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه ای و مدیریت محیط زیست. با وجود تشابه فراوان بین این سیستم ها، ادغام نیازمندیهای این سه سیستم بدون پیچیدگی به نظر می رسد؛ ولی این امر در عمل به سادگی میسر نیست. چرا که بایستی ابتدا برای هر سازمان فایده ها، مشکلات و مسایل حاشیه ای جهت ادغام در نظر گرفته شود. علاوه بر این، در نظر داشتن وجوه اشتراک و تفاو تها بین سیستم های مورد نظر نیز ضروری است. با این حال اگر نیازمندیهای سیستم مدیریتی مورد نظر به درستی در سازمان طرح ریزی و اجرا شده باشد و کارکنان سازمان نیز آگاهی و تعهد لازم را در ارتباط با نیازمندیهای آن داشته باشند، ادغام سیستم های مدیریتی به راحتی و بدون ایجاد اختلال در روند جاری فعالیتهای سازمان امکان پذیر خواهد بود. در این مقاله پس از بحث و توضیح پیرامون استانداردهای کیفیت، مدیریت محیط زیست و ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه ای، روشهای ادغام این سه سیستم و فواید ناشی از این ادغام عنوان خواهد شد.

Abstract: 

In humid regions, water Table control during growing season is a common irrigation method for efficient use of water and optimum crop production. However application of this method in arid and semi arid region is doubtful because of high evaporation rate and salt movement toward the root zone limitations. This research was conducted to examine the possibility of using water Table control techniques (i.e., controlled drainage and sub irrigation) in an arid region (e.g., Iran) with special attention to its salinity Management. Three water Table control treatments including: free drainage (FD), controlled drainage (CD), and sub irrigation (SI) were considered. Treatments were applied in 12 lycimeters (90 cm height, 57 cm diameter). The experimental setup included three treatments and four replications. Water Table was set at depth 55 cm from soil surface. The electrical conductivity (EC) of water was 1.5 dS/m. The crop cultivated in lycimeters was tomato. The soil leaching considered to be conducted when EC reached to the plant threshold level (EC = 3 dS/m). The results indicated that SI and CD methods can be used in arid and semi arid conditions. In all the treatments the soil EC was not reach to the crop threshold level. However the EC of soil surface layer in SI treatment was high, but it had not any significant effect on crop yield. The evidence was the higher yield of SI treatment than FD treatment. The total yield of CD was 73% more than FD and 12% more than SI. However the number of tomato fruits in CD treatment was more than the other two treatments (FD, SI). Water consumption in SI was half of CD and FD treatments, and consequently its water productivity (1.4 Kg/m3) was higher than the water productivity for FD (0.57 Kg/m3), and CD (0.97 Kg/m3).

امروزه بدون آنکه بفهمیم، اقلام و خدماتی که مصرف می کنیم به محض خرید به خوبی کار می کنند. در حقیقت، بسیاری از جوامع صنعتی و فراصنعتی صرفاً آنچه را که موثر نیست، کنار گذاشته اند. با این حال، زمانی بود که کیفیت و اثربخشی نزد ارائه دهندگان کالا و خدمات در اولویت نبود. تمرکز شدید بر کیفیت عمدتاً پس از جنگ جهانی دوم، به ویژه در دهه 1980، در پاسخ به بازاری که کار ارزان قیمت را رد کرد و تقاضای مصرف کننده برای محصولات با دوام، افزایش یافت. در این مقاله، ما در مورد تاریخچه یکی از برجسته ترین فلسفه های مدیریت کیفیت، مدیریت کیفیت جامع (Total Quality Management-TQM) بحث خواهیم کرد. ما یاد خواهیم گرفت که چگونه مدیریت کیفیت جامع می تواند به سودآوری و بهره وری بیشتر کمک کند. علاوه بر این، متخصصان صنعت درباره تفاوت های TQM با سایر فلسفه ها و روش های مدیریت کیفیت مانند شش سیگما و کایزن صحبت می کنند.

Abstract: 

The input-output Tables provide useful information regarding the economic and social situations of countries. The world input-output database (WIOD) enables simultaneous comparison of economic and social situations of countries worldwide. The Europe Commission has provided the WIOD for 27 members of the commission, 16 large non-Europe countries and rest of the world from 1995 to 2014. The input-output of the economic sectors of Iran are aggregated with those of the rest of the world. Hence, it is not possible to study the situation of Iran in the world Table. In addition, it is not possible to examine the reciprocal effects of the economic policy of Iran or other countries on production sectors of each other properly. To this end, the Iran input-output Table for the year 2011 is highlighted, where, in the same year, Iran stood 44th in WIOD. Thus, in addition the new Table allows the researcher to study the situation of Iran in the world economy, it make possible to reveal the effect of internal policy on economic sectors of other countries and vice versa.

Abstract: 

A field study was conducted in Iran to evaluate the effects of water Table Management on quality of subsurface drain flows. Drain discharge volumes, N03-N concentrations, phosphorous concentrations and electric conductivity in drainage effluent were monitored during the growing seasons. Lysimetric site with drainage system and water Table control system were prepared and annual alfalfa (Medicago Scatella) was cropped. The WTM treatments consisted of three subirrigation treatments with water Table controls set at 0.3 m (CWT0.3), 0.5 m (CWT0.5), 0.7 m (CWT0.7) from the soil surface and a conventional free drainage (FD) treatment (water Table more than 1.00 m below the soil surface). Drain flow volumes and N03-N concentrations were significantly reduced by WTM as compared with free drainage. Mean NO3-N concentrations in drainage water were reduced by 78.6%, 65.6% and 49.3% by the 0.3, 0.5 and 0.7 m controlled water Table depths, respectively. Total drain flow was reduced by 49.6% and 41% by the 0.3 and 0.5 m controlled water Table depths, respectively. Consequently, NO3-N loading was also reduced by 90% and 82% by the 0.3 and 0.5 controlled water Table depths, respectively. Improvements in drainage water quality were attributed to both reduced drainage outflow and enhanced denitrification in the controlled water Table treatments. Mean phosphorous concentrations in drainage water were reduced by 11.2% by the CWT treatments. Also mean electric conductivity in drainage water was lower than FD by the CWT treatments. In addition to significantly reduced NO3-N pollutions, economic benefits were achieved through fertilizer equivalent saving. Therefore, the practice of water Table Management in the region was demonstrated to be both environmentally and economically sustainable.

Abstract: 

Background and Purpose In less developed countries like Iran, many children and teenagers are unaware of their talents. For instance, the emergence of a talent like Noshad Alamiyan in Iranian Table tennis, who achieved third place at the 2018 Asian Games in Jakarta and earned international recognition, highlights the country’s potential for success on the global stage. Therefore, effective talent Management is crucial for the future of Iranian Table tennis. Considering three key research gaps—namely, the insularity of talent Management research in sports in general and Table tennis in particular, as well as Manke and Aguirre’s (2014) proposal to use semi-structured interviews with sports elites in talent Management— the researchers of this study decided to conduct the present research. Additionally, due to the limited studies on the preservation and retention of talent in sports, especially in Table tennis, this research aims to address those gaps. Based on the above, the Table Tennis Federation of the Islamic Republic of Iran should develop a written talent search program, which can be integrated into the broader framework of the country’s Table tennis talent Management. Abstract: 

Point of view. In this study, a shaking-Table was used for concentrating a manganese ore sample from the Ghasem Abad area in Kerman, Iran. Experiments were designed by using L The influence of each variable and their interactions on the operation of the device were studied. The variables under investigation were: Table slope, Table frequency, water flowrate, feed rate, and particle size. The manganese concentrate grade, recovery, and separation efficiency were used as response variables. It was shown that water flowrate, Table slope, feed rate, and particle size are the significant variable on concentrate grade; while, all the variables influence manganese recovery. Also, water flowrate, Table slope, and Table frequency have an important effect on manganese separation efficiency. Finally, three mathematical models were presented to predict the values of each response variables.Among all gravity concentration methods, the shaking-Table is the most effective one from the metallurgical8 Taguchi design with five variables, each in two levels.

Abstract: 

In the critical review of the book “Ethics of Management” written by Tomas Klikavar (2010), the present article has paid attention to the general approach of the author, the conceptual tools used, and the way of reasoning. According to the author, Management, especially business Management, due to the importance it attaches to the survival of the organization, has placed its fundamental principle on increasing benefit and earning profit, therefore, morality is not its fundamental issue, and it can even commit immorality in some cases, according to the necessity of tendencies and dispositions . As a theoretician of Management ethics, from a historical point of view, the author has tried to show that business Management has always been associated with unethical experiences, an experience that has continued until the present day as a kind of modern slavery. He believes that Management ethics as an inter-discipline, which is considered a branch of Management knowledge in terms of its subject, must be more intertwined with philosophy in practice. Finally, although the author has been able to show the inherent contradiction of Management, especially business Management, with ethics and provide a solution based on this, the fact that the author has succeeded in presenting a different theory in the field of “Management ethics” is a matter of doubt and reflection.
